Episode 28 - Perinatal Specialist of Competent Heart: Dr. Tina Harris Part 2/2
About the episode:
This week we continue our interview with Pelvic Floor PT specialist Dr. Tina Harris. Last episode we explored the specifics of pelvic floor PT, and how Dr. Tina approaches care. So much of her care is related to her life’s story and journey, and that’s what we go into with this week’s episode. She has experienced infant loss and pregnancy after loss.
She has dealt with subpar prenatal care and learned to advocate for herself. And she combines this into what she gives through her organization, Competent Heart Perinatal Specialist. On top of that she is a best-selling author and also the founder of CH Expressions. As someone who strives to help her clients create their birth support team, we are so thankful that she has dedicated her life’s work to the birthing community.
