When preparing for an induction, creating a calm and relaxed environment can make a big difference in how your labor unfolds. Our Tuck-In Service is designed to support just that—helping you settle in at the hospital before your induction begins with intention and ease.

An experienced professional will come to your room ahead of your scheduled induction time to transform the space into a peaceful, comforting environment. This includes the soothing care of a certified pregnancy massage therapist who will gently release tension, promote relaxation, and help your body feel ready for birth.

It’s more than just preparation—it’s a moment of grounding and care before labor begins. Many describe the experience as a state of “bliss.” Let us help you start your induction journey feeling supported, relaxed, and truly cared for.

Tara is a certified birth and postpartum doula, double certified childbirth educator and a licensed massage therapist. Her passion is to support and nurture people through their childbearing year offering comfort and physical touch through incredible prenatal and postpartum massage, education with Evidence Based Birth childbirth education classes, and unwavering support as a birth and postpartum doula.

Tara has been a birth worker for over 20 years, but has had a passion and drive to support people during this beautiful journey since childhood. She believes in the body’s power to birth, and knows that with dedication, education, and support that you can have an empowering experience as you grow your family.
