Life Updates: Sharing Our Highs and Lows of Work, Motherhood, and Self-care
About the episode:
This journey called life can bring many highs and lows, so Dr. Shannon and Doula Rachael sit down and chat about what’s been working and what hasn’t as it pertains to the birth work they do, their motherhood journey, and their own personal health and wellness. Not only do they get to sit down and share some of their personal conversations that aren’t typically recorded, but they unexpectedly found clarity by having a trusted person with a listening ear to chat with. And maybe, you are inspired to share some of the same thoughts and feelings you have been having as well, or to even adopt this highs and lows practice with your own family.
